We strive to answer your calls and questions as
soon as humanly possible. We'll respond to your questions,
sales or technical support needs in no more than 4 hours during
normal business hours... within 12 hours during nights, weekends,
and holidays. Service emergencies for existing customers will
have 1 hour response (note: applies to existing customers only, with
service contracts. Customers that don't have a service
contract in place will be taken on a case by case basis. Our
normal rates apply when handling these telephone calls outside of
normal business hours.

Mon-Friday 7:30am-6:30pm
$65 first hr / $45 after that time and materials rate.
Nights & Weekends
$85 first hr / $65 after that time and materials rate.
Holidays
$125 first hr / $85 after that time and materials rate.
Telephone technical support is free to existing customers during
normal business hours.
Note: response during off hours is not guaranteed unless an
existing service contract is in place. When calling during off
hours please call 651-480-0089, choose emergency service if
immediate service is needed.

To put system on test, stop response to a false alarm call them
directly. To change monitoring contacts or information call
